For 5-6 years migraines have disturbed me. Every other week I would get one until recently.

I always thought that less sleep triggered my migraines so I started sleeping more for some years. Migraines didn't go away. After period of diagnosis and multiple attempts I haven't found a cause. But maybe I've found a solution.

It's been a some months without migraine and that is because of drinking more water. Since then I haven't had migraines. I also sleep less. 6-7 hours at max. Because of that I have plenty of time free now.

Business has been business as usual with no growth. No growth bugs me. Deeply. It pushes my financial independence goals. I'm writing this post as an exercise to think about what to do and what not.

2 years in and I still suck at marketing. Big time. I have a plenty of small online productivity tools which are growing at a snail's pace or not growing at all. Lykhari's conversion is good but has a traffic problem. Customers love the platform. For traffic, I just can't convince myself to write SEO slop articles to rank. There's almost a certainty that if I write really long and "useful" "SEO" slop, lykhari's traffic will increase. It won't be a hockey stick growth but still, steady growth. Despite that I can't convince myself to write that slop. I hate Google for ranking slop and Google wants me to do just that.

Now I think what to do with my free time. I am out of ideas. I don't have a plan to grow my tools and Lykhari except for SEO. The state of SEO bugs me. Adding more features is not useful because no one has asked for it.

After recent typepad saga, multiple people have asked for proof of longevity of Lykhari. I am thinking to write about that. It will again address conversion which is not bad already. It won't bring more traffic.

I think about new ideas all the time. Recently, client side load test tool has occupied my mind. Not sure if there is a market for it. It is not cheap to build and maintain. It is one of those ideas you can pursue after financial independence. Could be very rewarding though because of high ticket value.

Because of my reluctance to prevalent business/marketing/sales practices I want to start speaking against that a lot more. A lot of businesses are full of slop, deception, cringe, and/or bloat. But they work. I don't talk about that because I am nobody and businesses are making a killing out there. Who am I to talk about that.

Two classic marketing books lie on my table. They are full of deception and manipulation. I've never felt that way before about books. Not even about 48 laws of power.

If something works for me, it's going to be a good product that markets itself. I can't add to the prevalent slop or deception or cringe. Atleast I like to think so.

So far the products that worked for me, worked on goodness of the product rather than distribution.

Stuck.
