AI renewed my love for game dev
Long ago I used to make games. That's how I got interested in programming and thats how I started my career. Then I quit game dev for reasons stated here.
Before quitting I was working on a project called Perfumer of the Naranville. Some of the work is mentioned here, here, and here.
I gave up because it was so hard. I learned Blender, Unreal Engine, C++, Substance Designer, Math, Physics, Rendering and what not.
I recently played with Opus 5.5 a bit and made some games here http://yayzu.com/
I was surprised how quickly you could build them.
Then slowly I picked up my idea that I abandoned long ago. The city is Naran but its a Jeep Driving simulator now.
Having tonnes of fun.
Here are some pictures.

Lets see how it goes. All of this was done in 4 weeks. I am surprised. Pleasantly.
